He was very friendly and made the process completely painless. He even scheduled a follow up call with me to ensure that my problem had actually been fixed. Never before have I had such experienced service from a tech support company. I hope I get him on any future calls!

  • Took a call back to resolve but from time-to-time this is to be expected. The time between initial contact and call back was same day, same hour. I should have been able to find the solution but after some time, decided to call. The person I spoke with was courteous and professional.

  • THANK YOU!!! It is NEVER good to have the 3D down when patients are waiting for an xray that is needed before treatment can be completed. Expedient got this resolved immediately, while <3D vendor> had us on hold for over 35 minutes, and no warm body actually answered our call!
