  • Jake was incredible. He was very patient with the limitations of the machine and worked diligently with me to resolve this issue. It was a lot of try this and try that from me and Jake was on it. I know he was frustrated with his time in Windows 95 but he never let on or threw up his hands and quit on me. This was a very challenging ticket and I am so thankful for Jake.
