  • Joe and Jacoby went above and beyond to help me with my parents printer when my Dad reported it not working after a power outage. And it stumped us all for awhile but finally I had my Dad pull the toner cartridge out (at Jacoby’s suggestion to re-establish aconnection) and when my Dad did that he found a piece of paper stuck in the printer. Once that was removed, all worked perfectly!! Sometimes it is so easy!! But Joe and Jacoby did great. My Dad is ever so grateful and apologetic for all the trouble and says THANK YOU!! And I say the same……nice job team!!

  • Roger was quick to jump into action when I discovered I had opened a phishing email. He spent well over 45min while clean up software downloaded, ran, and eliminated viruses. After that he proceeded to manage the software to protect me from getting bogged down with pop up notifications from installed software. Roger was sensitive to my need to work and was more than accommodating. Roger opened a chat so we could stay connect and I could continue to work. Thank you!
